He completed his MS in General Surgery from V.S. group of hospitals, Ahmedabad.
He completed his MCh (Pediatric and Neonatal surgery) from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College ,Sion, Mumbai.
Went on to clear in DNB (Pediatric and Neonatal surgery) from National academy of Medical Sciences,New Delhi in flying colours in first attempt.
Got his fellowship in Pediatric Urology from Indian Society of Pediatric Urology , New Delhi.
He has made more than 15 national and international presentations.
He has to his credit 23 papers in indexed journals.
He has written three chapters in books of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery.
Dr Trivedi is amongst the senior most Pediatric Surgeon and Urologist in Gujarat.
A national level basketball player during school days, Dr Trivedi has displayed the same level of dedication, hard work and a passionate zeal for the well being of his patients in his practice. He has served patients from all over Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. He has successfully taken care of tiny tots from Dubai , Bahrain, Kuwait, Nepal , USA , Canada , West Indies, UK also.
He is in practice since last 22 years . He has operated successfully on more than 15,000 patients of general pediatric surgery and pediatric urology.
The surgeries close to his heart are those of the new born, urology, and Laparoscopy.
He has completed a thesis on “Early decortication in Empyema thorasis” which was widely appreciated when published as a paper in Indian journal of Pediatric Surgery.
He was the pioneer in single stage surgeries in Imperforate anus ( where a child is born without an anal orifice and not able to pass stool) and in Hirschsprung’s disease (where a child has swelling of the abdomen and not able to pass stool due to absence of nerve cells in intestines).
He has successfully operated on as small as 650 gm newborn to and 18 years old.
He is the most active Pediatric and Neonatal surgeon /Urologist in South Gujarat with regular OPDs (consultation) and Surgeries at Navsari, Valsad Vapi , Selvassa, Vyara, Nandurbar, Ankleshwar and Bharuch.
